Louis P. Archambault

Louis P. Archambault is a partner at the Miami law firm of Pathman Lewis, LLP, where he practices in the areas of real estate, condominium, corporate and partnership law.

Mr. Archambault has experience in a wide range of legal matters, including real estate and corporate matters, land use and zoning issues, business litigation, creating business solutions, and providing legal advice ranging from the negotiation and structuring of business deals through closing. Mr. Archambault has represented buyers, sellers, investors, and lenders in residential and commercial real estate deals, and loans including several residential and commercial condominium development projects.

Mr. Archambault currently is the President of the Sigma Phi Epsilon Alumni Board at the University of Miami Chapter. He is an associate member of the Realtors Commercial Alliance of Greater Miami and the Beaches- Young Commercial Council and an associate member of the Builders Association of South Florida, where he is a member of the Legislative Committee and the Planning and Zoning Subcommittee, and a member of the Dade County Bar Association. He is a founding member of AYREP (Association of Young Real Estate Professionials). He also is a member of the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.

He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin where he graduated with distinction in 1995. He attended the University of Miami School of Law where he received his J.D. degree cum laude in 1998, and was a member of the Business Law Review. Mr. Archambault was admitted to practice in Florida in 1998.
