David Lederman

David Lederman is an associate at Pathman Lewis, focusing his practice on real estate, zoning and land use.

Mr. Lederman spent five years working directly in the real estate industry, most recently as Vice President of M/I Homes, where he specialized in the acquisition, entitlement, land improvement and development of land throughout southeast Florida. He also worked for Centex Destination Properties, Mercedes Homes and RAM Real Estate. In addition, Mr. Lederman was senior counsel for Ferrell Schultz Carter Zumpano & Fertel in Miami in its land use, zoning and development division. He also gained law firm experience at Shutts & Bowen, LLP and Bercow & Radell, P.A.

Mr. Lederman earned his J.D. from the University of Florida School of Law. He received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida. He is member of the Florida Bar Environmental and Land Use Section, the American Bar Association Section of Environment, Energy and Resources, and has served on the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce’s Planning Zoning and Growth Management Committee.
