David E. Sacks
David Sacks is a partner in the Miami law firm of Pathman Lewis, LLP, where he practices in the areas of real estate, land use, zoning, environmental and corporate law. Mr. Sacks holds an MBA from Florida International University, where he is an adjunct professor of business law. He is a member of the Dade County Bar Association and the Real Estate and Business Law Sections of the Florida Bar.
Mr. Sacks has experience in a wide range of real estate, land use and corporate matters, and provides legal advice ranging from the negotiation and structuring of agreements and land acquisitions through the closing of any transaction. He has done extensive work in commercial and residential real estate matters, Brownfield redevelopment initiatives, amendments to master plans, business joint ventures and stock and asset purchase transactions. Additionally, he was instrumental in obtaining approval for a major condominium developer to build boat docks which substantially increased the developments value. The approval obtained was the first of its kind in Florida. He is well versed in answering the legal questions that face businesses on a day-to-day basis. Mr. Sacks’ legal skills, combined with his business background, allow him to understand both the legal and business issues associated with the matters in which he is involved.
